Privacy Policy

K-Habesha ("we", "us") is operated by AMTON (business registration no. 869-51-00775), a business registered in the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what personal information we collect through khabesha.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법) of Korea.

1.What we collect

Information you give us — only when you use a form:

Service request form: name, phone number or KakaoTalk ID, email address, and the details of your request.
Community board form: post title and details, your contact (phone or KakaoTalk ID), email address, and an optional link.
Account sign-in (optional): your email address only, used for passwordless sign-in — see section 9.

Information collected automatically: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting and analytics providers, used only in aggregate to keep the site working and understand usage.

Browsing the site does not require an account — every guide, listing and tool is open to visitors without signing in. We never ask for your passport number, ARC number, bank details, or passwords through this website.

2.Why we collect it

To reply to your service request and provide the service you asked for.
To review and publish your community board post.
To contact you about your request or post.
To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3.How long we keep it

4.Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes:

Google (Firebase) — website hosting and database. Servers may be located outside Korea (including the United States); data is transferred there solely to operate the service. Google's safeguards: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Form delivery provider — delivers form submissions to us by email.

We do not share your personal information with any other third party unless required by law.

5.Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act, you may at any time:

Ask what personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop processing it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at yabusura@gmail.com. We will respond within 10 days.

6.How we protect it

Access to submitted information is limited to the operator. Data is stored on Firebase with access controls, transmitted over HTTPS, and deleted when the retention period ends.

7.Children

K-Habesha is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without a legal guardian's consent.

If your concern is not resolved, you may contact the official Korean channels: KISA Privacy Call Center 118 (privacy.kisa.or.kr) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee 1833-6972.

9.Accounts (optional)

Creating an account is entirely optional and is never required to browse the site. If you choose to sign in, we use Firebase Authentication's passwordless "email link" sign-in — there is no password to create or store.

If you create an account, we additionally store:

Your email address, used only to sign you in and, if you opt in, to send job-match alerts (not yet active — see below).
Jobs and community posts you choose to save.
Your job-search preferences (region, visa type, Korean level, job type), if you set any.
Your email-alert preference (on/off). We do not send job-match emails yet — this setting is stored so we can turn the feature on later without losing your choice.

This data is stored in a private record only you and the site operator's admin access can reach — other members can never see your saved items, preferences, or email address.

To delete your account and everything tied to it, email yabusura@gmail.com. As with any other request under section 5, we will action it within 10 days.

10.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

K-Habesha (khabesha.com) በደቡብ ኮሪያ የተመዘገበ AMTON (የንግድ ምዝገባ ቁጥር 869-51-00775) የሚያስተዳድረው ድህረ ገጽ ነው። ይህ ፖሊሲ ምን ዓይነት የግል መረጃ እንደምንሰበስብ፣ ለምን እንደምንጠቀምበት እና በኮሪያ የግል መረጃ ጥበቃ ሕግ (개인정보보호법) መሠረት ያሉዎትን መብቶች ያብራራል።

1.የምንሰበስበው መረጃ

የአገልግሎት ጥያቄ ቅጽ፦ ስም፣ ስልክ ቁጥር ወይም ካካኦቶክ መለያ፣ ኢሜይል እና የጥያቄዎ ዝርዝር።
የማህበረሰብ ሰሌዳ ቅጽ፦ የልጥፉ ርዕስና ዝርዝር፣ የመገናኛ መረጃዎ፣ ኢሜይል እና አማራጭ ሊንክ።
የመለያ መግቢያ (አማራጭ)፦ ያለ የይለፍ ቃል ለመግባት የኢሜይል አድራሻዎ ብቻ — ክፍል 7ን ይመልከቱ።
በራስ-ሰር የሚሰበሰብ፦ መሠረታዊ ቴክኒካዊ መዝገቦች (IP አድራሻ፣ የብራውዘር ዓይነት) — ድህረ ገጹን ለማስኬድ ብቻ።

ድህረ ገጹን ለማየት መለያ አያስፈልግም — እያንዳንዱ መመሪያ፣ ዝርዝርና መሳሪያ ያለ መግባት ክፍት ነው። ፓስፖርት ቁጥር፣ ARC ቁጥር፣ የባንክ መረጃ ወይም የይለፍ ቃል በዚህ ድህረ ገጽ በኩል በፍጹም አንጠይቅም።

2.የምንጠቀምበት ምክንያት

ለጥያቄዎ ምላሽ ለመስጠት እና የጠየቁትን አገልግሎት ለማቅረብ።
የማህበረሰብ ልጥፍዎን ገምግመን ለማተም።
ስለ ጥያቄዎ ወይም ልጥፍዎ ለማግኘት።
ድህረ ገጹን ከስፓምና ከጥቃት ለመጠበቅ።

መረጃዎን ለማስታወቂያ አንጠቀምም፤ ለማንም አንሸጥም።

3.የመቆያ ጊዜ

የማህበረሰብ ልጥፎች — ልጥፉ እስኪወገድ ወይም ስረዛ እስኪጠይቁ ድረስ።
የአገልግሎት ጥያቄዎች (ክፍያ ያልተፈጸመ) — እስከ 1 ዓመት።
የተከፈለ አገልግሎት መዝገቦች — በኮሪያ የኤሌክትሮኒክ ንግድ ሕግ መሠረት 5 ዓመት።
ቴክኒካዊ መዝገቦች — እስከ 12 ወር።

4.መረጃውን የሚያስተናግዱ አካላት

ድህረ ገጹን ለማስኬድ Google (Firebase) — ማስተናገጃና ዳታቤዝ — እንጠቀማለን፤ ሰርቨሮቹ ከኮሪያ ውጭ (አሜሪካን ጨምሮ) ሊገኙ ይችላሉ፤ መረጃው የሚተላለፈው አገልግሎቱን ለማስኬድ ብቻ ነው። ከዚህ ውጭ በሕግ ካልተጠየቅን በስተቀር መረጃዎን ለሶስተኛ ወገን አናጋራም።

5.መብቶችዎ

በማንኛውም ጊዜ፦ ስለእርስዎ የያዝነውን መረጃ መጠየቅ፣ እንዲስተካከል ወይም እንዲሰረዝ መጠየቅ፣ እና ፈቃድዎን ማንሳት ይችላሉ። ለዚህ yabusura@gmail.com ላይ ይጻፉልን፤ በ10 ቀናት ውስጥ ምላሽ እንሰጣለን።

6.ቅሬታ

ቅሬታዎ ካልተፈታ የኮሪያ ኦፊሴላዊ አካላትን ማግኘት ይችላሉ፦ KISA 118 ወይም የግል መረጃ ክርክር አስማሚ ኮሚቴ 1833-6972።

7.መለያ (አማራጭ)

መለያ መክፈት ሙሉ በሙሉ አማራጭ ነው፣ ድህረ ገጹን ለማየትም በፍጹም አያስፈልግም። ለመግባት ከመረጡ፣ የይለፍ ቃል የማያስፈልገው የFirebase Authentication "የኢሜይል አገናኝ" መግቢያ እንጠቀማለን — የሚፈጠር ወይም የሚቀመጥ የይለፍ ቃል የለም።

መለያ ከከፈቱ፣ በተጨማሪ የሚከተለውን እናስቀምጣለን፦

የኢሜይል አድራሻዎ — ለመግቢያ ብቻ፣ እና ከተስማሙ የስራ ማዛመጃ ማንቂያ ለመላክ (ገና አልጀመረም — ከታች ይመልከቱ)።
ያስቀመጧቸው ስራዎችና የማህበረሰብ ልጥፎች።
ካስቀመጡ የስራ ፍለጋ ምርጫዎችዎ (አካባቢ፣ የቪዛ ዓይነት፣ የኮሪያኛ ደረጃ፣ የስራ ዓይነት)።
የኢሜይል ማንቂያ ምርጫዎ (በርቷል/ጠፍቷል)። ገና የስራ ማዛመጃ ኢሜይል አንልክም — ገጽታው ሲጀመር ምርጫዎ እንዳይጠፋ ተቀምጧል።

ይህ መረጃ የሚቀመጠው እርስዎ ብቻ (እና የድህረ ገጹ አስተዳዳሪ) ሊደርሱበት በሚችሉት የግል መዝገብ ውስጥ ነው — ሌሎች አባላት ያስቀመጧቸውን እቃዎች፣ ምርጫዎችዎ ወይም ኢሜይልዎን በፍጹም ማየት አይችሉም።

መለያዎንና ተያያዥ መረጃዎን ለማጥፋት yabusura@gmail.com ላይ ይጻፉልን። እንደ ክፍል 5 ተመሳሳይ ጥያቄዎች፣ በ10 ቀናት ውስጥ እናከናውነዋለን።

ይህ ፖሊሲ ሲቀየር አዲሱ ስሪት ከአዲስ ቀን ጋር በዚህ ገጽ ላይ ይታተማል።
